Refunds and Cancellations

The DISC Profile Assessment Report and Review Session is a personalized digital and professional service. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to failure to complete the assessment, failure to attend the scheduled review session, dissatisfaction with the results, or change of mind.

2. The assessment report is generated from your individual responses and delivered as a digital product. It cannot be returned once delivered.

3. Review sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

Termination

Rock Pine Partners, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict access to the site and related services at any time, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
